Aw gee you guys, shucks, twernt nuthin'.
Actually it was quite something.
After I placed it on ebay I had a few bids, couple grand maybe & had been emailing with one bidder back and forth, gave him my phone #, he called and liked what he heard about the truck.
This morning, last day of the auction I let the v8 crowd know that this was possibly the last chance to snag it for the 4 g's.
Then all of a sudden it jumps up from 2600 to 4000
then the guy I had talked to hit the BIN for 4700.
The guy drove up from southern Illinois and had our faithful old Blue Ox safely on a trailer for the trip down south by 6:00 pm......came with cash too :Brow:

He bought it for his 16 year old son, who really liked it and was psyched to get it home and registered.
The guys wife was drooling all over Beth's wagon which was parked in the garage with the truck, I had to tell her that no, sorry, this one aint for sale.
Real nice folks and the best ebay experience I have ever had.

SO now I guess I have to really start looking for a cruiser :3gears:
One Buick in the family just isnt enough .
