I have the complete 3" dual exhaust from my '67 GS400 for sale. It is a TAPerformance system TA Exhaust Pipes are aluminized 16 gauge steel, for the best combination of corrosion resistance and value. It was purchased about 2000/2001 and was not used much at all. Sat in my heated garage for 10+ years. I have removed it in two pieces per side. This system was bought with the flowmaster mufflers that TAPerformance was selling in early 2000's. They are in excellent shape.
Includes all the exhaust pipping from the exhaust manifolds connection to the exhaust tips. It also has a crossover pipe.

Brand new the system (WITHOUT the mufflers) sells for $310.00
I'm selling the entire system including mufflers for $250.00 + shipping or best offer.

I will try to get some pictures tomorrow.

    Thank you,

In line. Any idea how much shipping to 22980 would be?

Thats the trick... How should I ship something like that?
I could try wrapping it all up together in one package and wrap it in cardboard and try FedEx. Or if your OK with it, I can try shipping via Greyhound. They are usually cheaper.
I'll work on wrapping them up good and solid and see what the final size and cost will be.

    Thank you

Greyhound would be fine, there's a terminal about a half hour away.

    Hello all,

I'm sorry, but I will continue to be on the road until late this friday. At which time I will upload the pics and get back to the first in line with the shipping quote. Sorry my response has been slow, be too bust at work.
So until this coming Friday, I will not be able to provide any quotes or pics. I will do so first thing this weekend.

    Thank you,

Here are the pics I promised. The exhaust is dirty but no rust at all.
Also I will have to cut off the mufflers in order for the overall length to comply with the shippers maximum length limit.
I'm working on the most economical way to ship them. May put the mufflers in their own box for shipping.

    Thank you,

Honestly a good avenue to look into is trucking them. Maybe call around Billings. There are prob plenty of truckers that you could trust with that on a pallet. Prob cost like 150-200 roughly maybe. Just a suggestion. If you get stuck let me know maybe I could get a quote for you. I worked in trucking for years. There are Montana boys that would be good to them. DTS might be a good one to call. I think they might even be in Billings. Ask for Tom tell him Pat from FFE sent you. He is a great guy. He may want to shoot you when you mention my name but... :bla:
