I was just wondering if anybody could tell me where
I could find information on how many Skylarks were
painted Bamboo Cream in 1970. I have a '70 post and
I was curious if it was a rare color. I don't know what
books or manuals if any, that could tell me this. Thank
    you in advance. Rich

Someone here may have the Daily Car Report from the Sloan Museum, which would answer your question.
I can tell you , it is NOT a rare color. Probably one of the most popular factory colors. Also probably one of the most often changed during the life of the car...

    Ask Mike Trom or Marco.

Kinda rare on a Post car I bet though.
I can tell you that I have a 70 Skylark with Sandalwood bench interior,Gold top and a 350 in it.I am putting a brown top on it and saddle interior though.Kevin B. has a 70 GS455 that is similar to the one I have but it has a black top.
Nicholas is correct, the Bamboo color is one of the most popular colors.

Sorry, but I don't have the info from Sloan on the 1970 Skylark model (post, coupe, or convertible).

Contact the Sloan Museum (www.sloanmuseum.com) and ask to purchase the 'Daily Car Report' for your model. They charge $5 per page, and the paint code figures should be one page.

I agree that Bamboo Creme was a very popular color in 1970.
