Hey board! I was just pawing my way through Bill Hirch's automotive restoration products (www.hirschauto.com/), and I had yet another question come to mind. What exactly is the process behind picking a paint color for your engine? Do you choose the same color as the body? Pick randomly? Something completely different? I'm looking to paint someday, but don't want to get a "clashing" engine job! Thanks. ~Stamps
Most of us go for the stock Buick Red or Green....or Blue if you're a late model lover:grin: I think it's a big personal preference, kinda like rolling the TP over or under.. I'm a fan of Buick RED!
You know, I've been looking at the engine, trying to wipe some of the grease off... I really can't tell what color it was painted at the factory! Need to buy me some better degreaser, methinks...
