Ordered new hides from Coker for my convertble, since the ones on it now have basically exploded and the car is undriveable.

Odered them on Monday and they got here today...pretty quick if you ask me! UPS shipped for about $40.

I can't wait for the snow to melt so I can drop the car off to get them mounted!!!

You should drop the wheels and tires off to have them mounted. Do you really want some tire jockey driving your car?

I thought about it, but I have done business with the local shop for as long as I've been able to drive, and I know most of the big wigs there. So hopefully, they'll treat it with care. It won't be the first time they've seen this car.

Well...that's exactly how I learned about BBB power. '70 225 4dr. Smoked the tires for about a half a block...scared the crap out of me. I thought the front brakes were hanging up. That was two dozen years ago...been sold ever since.
Yea Adam, drop the car off!

I don't care that much. If it was a $50,000 Roadmaster convertible, I would be thinknig differently.
