Hi, although I cannot help you decode this body plate I know of a catalog that should be of some help to you. I know my local library has it in stock so mabye yours does too? The catalog is call American Car ID Numbers 1950- 59. It was written by Cars + Parts Magazine. Incase your wondering they also have the books for the years 1960-69, and 1970-79. Hope I have been of some help, you also might want to try posting this in the "paper trail" section.
