clock stem

    We're putting the dash back together after rechrome and paint, but can't figure out how to get the stem that adjusts the time out to replace the lens!?

    Hold the metal part of the stem with a pair of needle nose pliers or equivalent, and then thread the tip of the stem off with your finger. It should (usually) just unscrew without too much trouble.

    That's what I thought - it's locked up.
