Just question guys what is the proper cleaning technique and materials that I should use to clean up my 350 block.. the pistons, crank, timing chain, basepan are still attached but I have the dome, carb, distributor, heads all off.....

Thanks for any help you can give me

suggest that u cover & tape the cylinders & centrehead areas to keep them dry . use a good degreaser or steam or soap & water and rinse clean . use lacquer thinner or toluene to finish the job .
