    Standard bore is 4.3125, .060 over is 4.3725. volume = radius squared X pi X stroke (3.90) 4.3725 divided by 2 = radius= 2.18625, squared= 4.779689063 X pi= 15.01583605 X 3.90= 58.56176058 cubic inches/cylinder X 8 = 468.4940846 cubic inches.

The volume of a cylinder is PiR2h

    4.3125+.060=4.3725/2=2.1863x2.1863=4.7799xPi=15.0889x3.9=58.5347x8=468.2:beer :beer

    Bore X Bore X Stroke X .7854 X 8 = 468.49

This is the formula I've always used,Pretty simple.
