Very nice 70 GS 455 on Ebay. Has a 12-bolt rearend so someone put it there, or it's canadian. o No: Could you get a spoiler on a GS as a factory or dealer option from 70-72? Thanks, KevinHERE
In 1970, spoilers were available on the GSX only. In 1971 and 1972, they were available on Flint built coupes only.
I could swear I looked at this car 3 years ago when I was looking and eventually bought my car. It was at a shop that a family ran. They also had a 1970 Superbird and a Boss 302 along with a few other cars. Car was nice, but had a lot of non-original stuff done to it, which at the time was not what I was looking for. I think they were asking about $14K back then. It sure looks like the car, 12 bolt and all.
I've not seen this car but it is in a collection here in the town I live in. Amazingly some guy has 30+ cars that to my knowledge were never taken out or driven. Now he's using someone to broker the sale of them for him at a premium . Each car that has been sold seems nice enough to stand on its own merits so why add a middle man.........
