Just for the record here ..... The Torino is a 69 . Wrecked car in photo is a 66-67 Pontiac Tempest or Lemans and maybe even a GTO ....... :eek2: Whatcha think about all that .......... :3gears: :TU:
Come on guys. Some of you need an eye exam real bad. That sucker says Ford all over it. Only had to see a glimpse of it and I knew it was a Ford. But this seams to be the new fad. Punish your kids by selling their stuff on Ebay.
I just do't see it. o No: never mind the FORD on the hood. Every lines says ford to me.That tops screams ford.
it seems as though nobody is realizing that there are 2 different cars and 2 different pictures there, the one of the full car is a ford, the one of the crumpled fender is a pontiac i found this picture in my 'archives' its the only one i have of that body style, but it even has the same pinstripe as the car in the damage picture
I'm sure glad someone helped me out here !  Now I am going back out to da garage ! :3gears: Thanx for the photo ! :bglasses: :TU:
I'll say again.... the car is a 69 torino.... The chrome piece on the front fender is the same in the wrecked photo as the good photo.. the fender was crinkled on the top to give a look like its two pieces, the wheel covers are the same in the wrecked photo as the good photo, and the stripe is the same at the top of the fender in both pictures. I just saved the photos into my photo shop and blew up the shots and lightened the wreck shot, and the wheel covers are the same in both pictures. owen
Naw Gotta go with the popular opinions. The unwrecked car is a Ferd, the wrecked one is definitely GM. I'm not sharp enough to say exactly what, but probably Pontiac. definitely 2 different cars. Cant figure the scam here. Does he think folks will pay more because he's punishing the kid? OK Bruce, back to the garage
i played with the pic a little, i dont have all that fancy crap, but the wheel definitely looks similar, there isnt enough of it to prove to me that its the same wheel cover, also, it almost looks like rust where the paint once was, that doesnt really match up with how clean the paint looked on the torino on the pinstripe issue, i tried blowing up the fender of the torino and couldnt do it clearly, but there didnt seem to be any pinstripe, although it couldve been added after the good pic was taken... im stuck in the middle on this one
