We were just missed by Charley yesterday. It went by us is Naples about 70-80 miles offshore as a Cat 3-4 hurricane. Winds were about 40-70 mph with gusts to about 90. Lost a lot of trees and pool cages. Power has been out since 3pm yesterday at home, but I have power at my business today. Driving is a real crap shoot with a lot of traffic signals dark. It gets a lot worse the further north you go towards Port Charlotte, which was dead center. Made sure the Riv was in the garage for that one!

Hope any members from Cape Coral, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda are OK although we probably will not hear from them for a while since it is such a mess up there.

Glad to hear all is well considering what could of happened.

Charley is supposed to go east of Greenville and we are not expected to get much more than lots of rain and some 30 mph winds soon.

The NE corner is allways the worst and it should stay off shore or just on the coast.
