CFM for Carter dual quads??

I have a dual quad setup in my 66 Skylark GS. It came out of a 65 or maybe 66 Riviera GS and has the original Carter AFB's. Anyone know what the CFM rating for each of these is?

I believe they are 625cfm carbs .

What are the numbers on the carbs ? I was looking at a set on E-bay but balked because I didn't know the carb numbers.
