CArter AFB ID

Hey GUys,

I have a carb that i cant find a complete ID number.
On the lower front it reads: CArter AFB
And in the rear next to the choke it reads: 406 IS B6A

Here's a couple of pics

 

The throttle lever looks like '65-'67 Buick to me. 4061 SB would be from a '66 340 Cali emmissions carb. (btw, the choke housing is on the passenger side/front of the carb.)
