I made a rather large purchase($1600)on the 'net with them,used a credit card.The next day,Kevin from CARS called me & offered a 10% discount if i paid with a check or M.O.:laugh: That was a $160 savings,how many other vendors would have been so up-front about giving a discount?Not many i'm guessing,i mailed a check a few min after i spoke with him.They also have a tremendous amount of parts,they only shorted me 1 hood to fender bumper as i needed 4 but they only had 3.Thats out of 20+ part numbers.I also found nos fuel sending unit,twilight sentinal kit,parking brake warning light kit...their nos/oem part list is astounding.Stop buying crap for chevy's from the "big"guys like opg,year one,etc & check the place out...they know our cars inside & out!!!:TU: www.oldbuickparts.com

Not to sound negative, but they don't seem to know much about bumper bolts... tried to slip 3/8" bolts by me instead of the 7/16" bolts that are required and that I requested. Claimed the 3/8" were "replacements" and they couldn't get 7/16". Local bumper shop had no problem getting them for me though. Not a good buying experience, and my first with them. At least they did have bumper rubbers available. I don't recall who I spoke with, but he was argumentative enough that I will be in no hurry to give them any more business. I'm happy to hear some of you have a good history with them.
After reading so many mixed reviews about them over the past several years both here, and other sites, I was hesitant to order from them. But I did anyway and my order was shipped quickly with no issues.
I have made two purchases from Cars, INC. Shipping was WAY too expensive and lack of polite answers is a constant thing.

for what its worth , Glen and those guys are OK, They are business men first, but is that a bad thing, I've been buying from them for years and if you own a non "mainstram" Buick You need to deal with CARS.... they prolly have it if they can find it.....youve gotta see the place!!! I give them a thumbs up
