Carrier flange measuments

I have a carrier and dont know if its a 3 or 4 series, the ring flange is thicker than the 2 series I took out. What would the measurment be from the top of the ring flange to table be if I stand it on its end....
Im getting about 1 13/16

Any one know what the different carrier measuments are?

 

Have several oem Eaton 3 series posi carriers (EDB-30140), all measure aprox 1.80" from lh bearing surface to machined portion of the flange. Sounds like what you have. A 4 series carrier will measure a little over 2.00".

Thanks for the info I used a set of dial calipers and got the 1.800 like you said :beer
