Getting ready to install my Carpet kit from Year One (ACC) and I have no idea how or which way the rear piece goes in??? The front is a no brainer but the rear ou: ... Any tips??? Michael
If I remember correctly there is a seam on one edge, that seam would go towards the front and the unfinished side goes under the rear seat. I hope that helps????
Should be molded in such a way that the carpet returns from the floor pan, UP at the riser ,at the front edge of the rear seat. The rear goes in first, the front overlaps the rear, under the front seat. The finished edge, at the rear of the front piece, is exposed. Once the front seat is back in, you only see a small part beside the seats. This finished edge lands just ahead of the seatbelt retractors. Spread out the carpet & let the wrinkles come out of it for a day. You should have no trouble.
