carburetor swap

    i am so disgusted with my pos holley carb, :rant: :rant: :rant: am thinking of going after a edelbrock carb. would i need an adapter plate? or,would it bolt to my holley pattern intake?
    i have the TA sp1 intake

    Depends which Edelbrock carb. Performer AFB type will bolt right on. Q-jet type won't

    i found a edelbrock carb i like,it is a thunder series avs 800 square flange carb.
    has .113 primary rods,.107 secondary rods,orange spring. hopefully it will bolt on my holley intake.

    Yup,
    Square flange, Holley pattern, that will work.
