    Hi guys,
I'm looking for a little better performance from my '65 401 Nailhead, and was thinking a new carb might do the trick. It's a stock motor w/2"dual exhaust. Currently it has a Carter 4bbl which was recently rebuilt. I don't know the cfm of this carb. I will be changing the exhaust to 2 1/4" but not right now.
    Info and opinions welcomed...Thanks

I would suggest you change to a 3.42 rear and consider a Q-jet carb and manifold from a 66 Riviera.
