Can you paint a MSD box?

    I'd like to paint my MSD box that is on my firewall black, so it looks more subtle. Has anyone done that and did it work OK? It looks like it is a red powder coat and I'm thinking of lightly scuffing that and then painting it black, with the silver fins remaining silver. Thanks, Paul
