I have had a ARE on my 2000 Silverado 2500 since new. Color matched. Ir wasn't cheap but it is still functioning perfectly . Rear window struts have only been replaced once .
Those fiberglass covers are pretty useless other than looks. It turns a pickup truck bed into a giant trunk. I had one of those on my last pickup, never again.
