I read Hector's write up & video (excellent) re: rebuilding the PS boxes. The Option code from the build sheet for my '72 GS is N40. Is that standard power steering. The part# (?) on the case is 5691676 with another code of "8" underneath and I believe date code (?) of 0190 below that. I have copy of the AMA Specs Form for the skylarks & gs cars. It states that the ps is "Variable Ratio Recirc Ball" with 3.31 wheel turns stop to stop. Is that statement correct? If would that be quick ratio? What do I have?
