Are the 70-71-72 bumper Bracket the same? :Do No:
I would like to buy a set for my 72, but the one I have seen are different from mine.

Dave , According to my assembly manuals part numbers are different on 70 and 71. I do not have 72 part #s but they are more likely to be the same as 71 and not 70. So forget about 70 and look for a 72 and maybe a 71. Part #s for 70 are rt#1231328 and left 1231329 71- rt#1236436 lt#1236437, 71 also used two tubular support bracckets on each side and 70 used one rectangular support on each side. I hope this helps. try and locate a service or assembly manual for you car as it shows great diagrams. Maybe someone with a scanner can post for you. Good luck!

Dave, you are going to have to find a used pair. Put an add in parts wanted! and maybe you could sell those. Just be carefull in the future as alot of front bumper/core support stuff is different between 70 and 71,72.
