    Just bought a 67 Sportwagon with bucket seats
    I now this was not an option- but it has a build sheet that was inside the drivers seat back that matches the cowl tag. It is marked with red felt marker 'special' and 'power' in different areas.

    Interesting that the tag has "SCO-651" for the trim code.
    Are you sure it didn't come with those buckets?

    I am sure the car DID come with the power bucket seats and console form the factory. I was told the SCO may mean Special Order Construction.
    I have many older Buick's and can always seem to decode the build tag until this car came along. It has 67 skylark bucket seats and small center console. The are not the same seat pattern as the rear seat in the wagon has the custom interior and a fancy pattern around the rear seat inserts. There was no bucket seats to match... but the same blue vinyl color. The person I bought it from had traced the car back to 1976 when is was found in a barn and had the bucket seats at that time. The special order build tag was found buy accident in the back of the drivers seat and matches the cowl tag. So this may be one of one - or two??? :rolleyes: sportwagon with factory installed buckets and console. It would be real nice if he ordered a 4 speed. But still is a rare car. Any one else that can help is very appreciated.:TU:

    I saw that one on CL, nice score Steve! Several previous owners have been board members here too.

    with great help from others and from Atlanta Buick Specialties,LLC. its looks very close only missing one or two.
    The only options not spoken for with codes are the positraction axle and the auto air adjustable rear shocks. Here it is.....

    ST 67 = 1967

    4 = BUICK MOTOR DIVISION

    131502 = FISHER BUILD SEQUENCE NUMBER

    TR SCO 651 = SPECIAL CAR ORDER #651

    D = SAPPHIRE BLUE UPPER BODY
    D = SAPPHIRE BLUE LOWER BODY

    E = Tinted Windows
    X = Power Windows
    G = Power Tailgate
    F = Power 4 way seat

    2
    E = AC, Manual
    Z = A.T., ST400

    3
    V = ? Sorry I have not found this one yet.

    4
    F = O/S remote control mirror,Drivers

    5
    K = Door Edge Guards
    P = Luggage Comp. Lamp
    Y = Deluxe Seat Belts

    & = ?, from what I've found this has something to do with the order process.

    Your Blue vinyl interior, being a Skylark platform, was probably installed with trim code 191*.
    191 = Blue Vinyl
    * = Denotes Bucket Seats with this trim

    The paper build tag in the seat back and it is marked in felt pen
    STYLE 4407 (note was 4455 and handwritten over in 4407!) COMD 191

    OPTION EXF 2 Z3V
    OPTION 4F 5Y

    So this does verify the blue skylark coupe interior not listed in the build tag. :cool:
