I went and saw the movie Invincible the other day. It was a nice little feel good football root for the underdog kind of movie, but I kept getting distracted by several beatiful Buicks in the background. Now don't go spend $8.50 just to see them, it's not like the main charicter is cruisin in a GSX or anything (actually a 4 door Nova) but there are some nice GS's and Larks parked on the street and driving in traffic. I can't imagine I am the only one here to notice, and does anyone know who the proud owners of these babies are??
I went on a universal backlot tour a long time ago, and found out that most major movie studios have a motorpool, with enough vehicles to fill an entire block, to represent any era they may be filming. If shooting a film from 1930, the cars will range from 1930 back to model "T's", just as it would have looked like then!
