Buick Zone info?? Buick employee??

    I have the POP to my car and the Dealer Zone is 16-001. This is from Nov/1966 for a 67 GS400.
    From what I know I believe this is a Buick internal division car or employee car?

    The POP had this name on it, was thinking maybe some Buick people here might know of them??
