After going to the inaugural Buick Bash at Quaker and having an awesome time, (Thanks Csordas and Moore families!) I'm looking ahead to the other upcoming Buick Race and Show events. Bruce (BQUICK) has us set up for racing with the Outlaw Pontiac guys at Mason Dixon Dragway July 20 and August 18. What used to be Buick, Olds, Pontiac & Cadillac at Norwalk is now just called Buick vs. Olds. This is the event put on by Dick Miller Racing, the Oldsmobile specialists out of Science Hill, KY. This is the 26th year for this great event. July 21 at Summit Motorsports Park at Norwalk, OH. Inaugural Mid-Atlantic Buick Regionals at US 13 Dragway in Delmar, DE presented by the Tri State GS Club. September 13 & 14. 23rd Annual East Coast Buick Regionals at Cecil County Dragway. September 20 & September 21. GS Nationals at Beech Bend Raceway, Bowling Green, KY. October 23-26. Who's planning on attending these upcoming events? Can't make all of them? Fine, pick one or two and support these events. You never know when life circumstances, clubs disbanding, or whatever other situations arise to cancel events or make it impossible for you to attend. Life is too short to not race and or show or just spectate at a Buick event. Did I miss any??
Phillip. My intentions are to have the 68 and race it at the Norwalk event this month and then Hopefully have the skyhawk ready for Cecil and BG.
I have to work that day but still am planning on attending for a short period of time before i head back for work
