I bought a 2013. I really like it. Went for one with the lowest miles. Mid level options. The low options is very bare. The steering and handling is very tight. Ride is a little firm. Car comes with 45 series tires so much of that is in the tires. The center arm rest is funky - took a while to figure out. The seating is tight for 4 adults so thats only good for short trips. By myself it is nice, I've driven it on a 2 hour trip so far with no issues. See here: http://www.v8buick.com/index.php?threads/got-a-new-buick.347393/#post-2952116 Seems to be based on an opel. Gas mileage is good, over 20 and I don't baby it. I do not have the turbo and it is still feels very quick. Oh, and DIY oil changes are tricky. The drain is behind a cover and there is no single jacking point. Watch youtube before you try it. Let me know if you have specific questions.
Gerry - It does but I find it comparable to other new sedans. The A pillars are odd in that there is a small triangular window in them. Not sure why, but it does create a blind spot due to the frame around it. However, I have not had an issue with that. Also, I have the warning light in the mirrors for changing lanes and those are very useful. I would recommend those and the back up warning sensors on almost all new cars!
this car has $6600 in options! I will have to read the window sticker when we pick up the car, today in the rain...
I bought a 2014 new in November of 2013. Over 180 00 km and it's been a great bang for the buck. A great car.
