Buick Tach test hook up

    Hey guys -

    I picked up this tach the other day, and I want to make sure it works...

    How do I hook it up just to test it? (It's not made for the Skylark console)

    --- Is it only the blue wire to the negative side of the coil?
    Is there a ground?

    One side goes to negative side of the coil. I guess the white lead is for illumination. Try grounding the base, yes it does need a ground.
