hey guys new to the site, just have a quick question about a certain sticker under the hood of my '71 skylark, 350, i converted to a 4bbl. i am looking to sand blast and repaint the rad support but i dont want to yet until ive found the bottom sticker, its torn to shreds, i found the top for 6 bucks USD, if someone can help me out on what that bottom sticker is and where i can get one, that would be awesome! thanks in advance
It shows the carb solenoid adjustment. Osborne reproductions has the largest selection of decals like that. If they don't have you are SOL.
Thats awsome, I'll be ordering those two stickers on Monday and hopefully be able to start sandblasting and painting
I was going to say, it may be fun trying to order everything, Im looking to see if I can call them and ask
Before Poston's closed shop, I purchased a number of stickers/decals from them. I think the hardest for me to find was the original-styled embossed 350-4V . Finally located one from a fellow in the Detroit area.
would you be able to hook me up with a carb solenoid adjustment and the other sticker in the picture i posted? also would anyone have a full picture of the carb solenoid adjustment so at least i can hopfully go to a decal shop to make my own
You are looking at at least a $400 investment to have them made assuming you can find a perfect one to copy. A shop will not make less than 100 units. I did this twice. And I made Stage-1 emissions decals. You will never make your money back. Just contact Osborne and see what they have,
I was just going to go to a decal shop and make one, I know a company that will do it for me, Osborn doesn't have the carb decal I called them early today, I know it will turn on to be a decent price but it's worth a shot
i went to osborn like recommend, and they had nothing, ive had to put the buick on hold because of the hour cuts at work, but when it gets back up and running a have many connections with decals, so im hoping someone can help me out with a recreation
