I have a set of Buick Poverty Caps that are driver quality. They all have blems from dings on the face, to dings from being taken off. One of them has a couple small splits on the retaining edge, but it still snaps on a wheel, and you don't see the splits once installed. 3 of these look chrome plated, and one looks like polished stainless, as it's just not quite as shiney as the other 3. I would ask 125 but the one has a couple splits, so $105 + shipping.
I hope I didn't play these down too much, they're not that bad, especially compared to some I've seen. Don't be afraid to ask questions, or for a specific picture.
