It is an upper cylinder lubricator, you put Marvel mystery oil or something simular and by vacumn it is drawn into the motor through the carb if I remember correctly. A couple of Minnesota BCA members were selling some nos kits a few years back and the members who installed them are quite pleased with the results. Kevin :Comp:
