Any pics? the main part I need is the part that covers the horn top & bottom

 

This should be the ticket. Sounds like you need the horn button, the whole inner piece held on by 4 serews.

Mine may be the same as yours I can't really tell. I thought maybe someone replaced mine over the years; the steering wheel seems the same as my seats & the center is medium saddle which is the carpet color.
