They were dealer accessories til 1973. I have one in my '68 GS400 Convertible, my Dad bought for a buck. It works, haven't used in a while, though!

I think these had a separate antenna that clamped to the forward edge of the trunk lid. Later factory CB's that were integrated with the regular radio used just one antenna with a splitter. John
