I am thinking about boxing the frame in my 68 Skylark, but how should I do it where the trans crossmember bolts on? Anybody got pictures Also where does the fuel and brake lines go, are they inside the frame or attached on the side?
To mount the x-member you have to be a little creative,While welding the "4th" side of the frame in,Just fab up some mounts. My brake/fuel lines are on the inside of the frame rails with line clamps to hold them in place.
