I lost 40 lbs. I was 180 last year. I started eating healthy and just recently started just some moderate exercise- pull ups, push ups and yoga. Which btw is not for [word starting with a p]

I'm lean and mean now. Feel great and the exercise is paying off

Now THERE is some high dollar beef!!! I can't truly say that it is worth ALL THAT, but DAMN is it good. I personally prefer my beef to have to be cut at least a little; That Wagyu beef is just TOO smooth... And it actually gets MORE evenly marbled that that but you REALLY pay for it then> (This picture is basically standard grade Wagyu; The REAL high dollar stuff is only grown on one particular farm in Japan. You ain't even begun to see expensive beef until you go to Japan...

This is exactly the cycle of the wifes exercise adventures. It goes like this.... "Im getting fat. Goes and buys all this second hand equipment. Fills the bed room with 3-5 different machines. Starts her workout plan. Last for 2-4 weeks then the cloths start hanging on the treadmill. Once its buried the next one closest to the closet gets covered until the closet is empty and there is no way to navigate through the bed room to get in there if ya wanted to. A yr goes by and she buys a gym membership. I put my foot down (again) and clean out all the equipment from the bed room. Sell the lot on craigslist at a fraction of what she paid. 4-6 weeks go by and she stops going to the gym but we still pay for the remainder of the yr contract. Another year comes and goes then she says Im getting fat and it starts again. One reason I spend 90% of my spare time in the shop.

Not true. My Godson's wife decided to become a vegan and in a very short order gained 40 lbs. Sh switched her diet back to what God intended, and over about two years has lost almost all of it. That pasta will getcha every time.

I'll bet that home exercise equipment are the least-used appliances in the house. About 15 years ago I porked up a bit, and decided to get rid of the blubber. My (successful) method was to not eat anything between meals and walk around the block at least once per day. The block was two and a half miles around. A normal walking pace will use up about 100 calories per mile. I shed 30 lbs. I haven't put it back on.
