On a couple of rim sites their bolt pattern guides say a specific rim fitting a Grand National will also fit " most older GM models " Does anyone know if that includes a 66 Skylark? Thanks in advance!
They should fit, I know the rims off of my GS fit my GN, except for one minor thing, LUG NUTS! Remember that you will need to use standard lugnuts on the GN rims to fit your 66. The GN lugnuts are metric, I believe. Chris
I saw them on a 64 Lark once in Wildwood and asked if he had the motor to match them. He opened the hood  he did. Never seen him again:ball:
The bolt pattern is the same but the backspacing is not. I know neither my T-type wheels or GN wheels will go on my 66 Skylark without the tire hitting the quarter panel.
Hmmm Was it close enough that the lip could be tucked an inch or so to make it fit right? The tires are 26.0 x 10.0 x 15 so maybe they'll be able to clear with a little massaging. I'll let yall know next weekend. Thanks again!
aren't the GNX wheels the same as firebird GTA wheels, though? (which a few have put on GS's). that would mean that other regal/GN wheels should also fit, right? maybe the aforementioned wheels came with different BS's, though.
GNX and the GTA wheels look the same, but are not. The GNX`s have a diffrent offset then the GTA`s. On a GN you need to use four "fronts" to make them fit [GTA wheels]
