    But Bob is right: post the info together with your question :Smarty:

    At least I can help you out with colours, trim, trim colour, week of production and the VIN info as found on the BNP.

    Someone lend my option code book and lost it in a fire, have to find another one for the 70's :rant:

    I have seen a decode question stump the panel here for as long a 30 seconds. Post a pic of the cowl tag and you will see what I mean.

    Jeff,

    ST 75 = 1975 model year (09/27/1974 - 09/24/1975)

    4 BP39 = Buick LeSabre Custom 4 drs HT

    X = Fairfax, Kansas factory

    140248 = production number Fairfax for model year 1975

    TR 63D = Saddle coloured trim

    50 PNT = Sand Beige paint

    04B = 4th month of 1975 (April), B = 2nd week of that month.

    I'm sure someone else can fill you in on the option code A65 :TU:

    A65 is the UPC for a split bench seat (with armrest) :TU:

    Fisher put the seat code UPC on the cowl tags (at least on Buicks) in starting in 1972...
