Well this winter break, I think its time to leave the motor alone and make my car look decent. The fiberglass hood and flat black deck lid stick out like a sore thumb. I plan on painting and installing a bar in my car to make it legal for next year. I know there are a few holes in the floor panels that need some attention. The passenger side has it worst. All the years of a leaky heater core prior to me removing it has done a number on the floor. The interior is coming out anyway for the bar so might as well fix the floor. I looked around and cant really find that many sheet metal parts for g-bodies... (ok I didnt really try all that hard). Where is a good place to go that has decent stuff for a fair price? Can't wait to find more sound disipating stuff when the carpet comes up. The car was originally a diesel, I already had to removed the plastic/foam shield on the firewall. Rumor has it that there is some weight in the original carpet.

I'm still debating on the color. It was originaly tan but was painted black before I bought it. I'm hesitant to go back to black, i'm tired of "joe drag racer" saying "why would you do that to a GN?" Right now I'm leaning towards a gold color... chestnut maybe??? I will probably just flip through the chip book and pick whatever color appeals to me.

If I remember you have a tan interior, any earth tone colors will match that perfectly.....I.E..... red, orange, your tan, browns, even some blues.

Or paint it like this one in this link

Its a toss up for mine(painting will be the last on my list), black with flames, PPG Sunset Pearl Orange, or this cool blue color I seen a early 90's Chevy truck in my town.

As for parts try www.gbodyparts.com, or www.car-parts.com, or cruise the Turbo Buick websites in for sale sections sometimes people part out entire cars.

    Good luck tho :)

Red is easy enough to come by in the wrecker. As I recall Tim Hol had a red interior on his 455 Regal. I even have a red centre console I can let go if you want it.
