Hey everyone, can anyone give me some pointers on replacing the body mounts on a '64 Riviera? Where can I get them, how difficult is it to change them( the new ones wouldn't be as compressed as the old ones and I was wondering do you have to take the body off to do this?) ???

    Thanks for help,
    Kelly

Since it is bushing you are replacing, there is no need to take it off the frame.
You can get them in there without all that extra work. I did it on a 70 Skylark with no problems.

Check with "CARS" in N.J for the bushings.

Jarrod, where do you suggest I go to get the bushings? Surely they are the same for the bigger buicks...I can't see GM using all different ones ....surely not.

"CARS" is the name of the place i think there in Neshanic , NJ.

I know you can get the from Year One for the other GM vehicles. Search under : Chevy Impala - that should help you out.
