Cool. Anybody know what they were??? And for you Seger fans, here's the premeire Seger site: http://www.segerfile.com
seger hi jeff was one of them a 60 caddy ? a GS or GN ? maybe ? i didnt look at the link yet. i'm sure it was something cool. :3gears: henry
Jeff, I was one of the SE Michigan fans when I was a kid. We knew the real thing. Got to see him in 96 at Palace (can't believe it was that long ago), there is nothing like Seger in Detroit. Don't know if he is ever going to do another tour but we can hope. Thanks for the link.
Chicago '96 at the Rosemont Horizon; was so close I think I scared him during "Night Moves". Birthday present from my wife, and probably the best one (other than my daughters) I'll ever get. The best of the best of the best. Still trying to learn the words to "Get Out of Denver"!
He wrote this in about 15 minutes, planning the whole time for it to be a show closer. In my opinion the studio version is sooooo hot. The guitar lead is smokin'...
I remember seeing a picture of a Shelby Mustang that was owned by the Van halen bassist. I can't remember his name though. So he's not that famous ... still has a really cool car.
I just purchased his Greatest Hits Cd and I am listening to it right now! Takes me back 20 years and being 20 in my GS
Heard his long time sax player since 1972 in the Silver Bullet Band is named "Alto Reed"! Isn't that fitting for the instrument he plays! Surely, he changed his name somewhere down the road.....
