I was asked by goldboattail455 to have a look at a Riv that wasn't too far away from here. It happened to be so that this guy had about 25 older cars in different states in his back yard, with two "tails" in the collection. He had been having his own shop up till about ten years ago, and everything ended up where it now is. There was one 71 and one 73 Riv, both had not been driven for quite some time, and it was hard to get a good understanding of the cars running potential. He didn't know if they had posi, and a jack wasn't easily produced. I told him that if Rob was interested in knowing that he would contact him and ask about it. I didn't feel like, whopper here are some nice rides waiting to be picked up, he first wanted 3.900 for the 71 ad 3.500 for the 73. At the end 3.500 for each was mentioned, so that can probably be worked on. The cars were complete, a door handle was missing on the 73, the wiper switch on the 71 and maybe some small other items were not present. The rust situation looked good, some spots here and there as shown in the pics, the rust in the trunk had not gone through and there was plenty of material left of the porton I looked at, I didn't tear the whole carpet out. It seems like there was som work needed to get these back on the road, but most might just be cleaning? Would I pay 3.500 and then shipping and not really knowing if the car had a broken engine? -No. I wish the cars had been cleaner and' had been run more recently, it was hard to tell the true condition when you can't take it for a spin. So here are the pics, any questions, just shoot away.

He said he had ran the engine, it just needed a new fuel pump, so he had fed it through a line from a container.
