2 flashers, one in the fuse box and one above the parking brake mechanisim (general area).

1 flasher for the hazard lights and 1 for the turning signals. In a pinch you can switch them to get turn signals back.

I think the blinkers is the one by the parking brake (the emergency brake).

Take them and switch spots with them,

well heres the thing. i went out to check which is which. the one on the fuse box itself. the one u have labled turn signals. first i checkd to see what was working with that one in and the other one in as well. only the four ways worked. then i took the turn signals one out and neither the 4 ways or the blinkers worked. not is that because u hav it wrong and its vice verca or is that just a connection problem that occurs then that one is out? also is the one u have labled 4 ways hanging by some wires because mine looks different. i think it is the same but its see threw. thanks fo going threw the liberty of taking the pic.

The see thru one is just a newer version of the metal cans, and i am not sure but i think both have to be installed for the signals to work.

Patrick - I'm not sure about your car, but some Ford vans that I've worked on had the similar problem. I found out that if one or more of the turn signal bulbs are burned out, the turn signals won't work. Check to make sure you have good bulbs. Also, while you're at it, check the sockets to make sure they are not corroded or that the wires are loose/broken. Don't forget to use dielectric grease on the bulb bases.
