    Absolutely awesome. Nuff said.

Are those custom Stage 2 headers? Or did they fit ok?

Thank you very much guys she really is coming out nice i cant wait to drive her myself, she`ll be done soon there isnt much stuff left to get her finished, the tires are BF Goodrich G-Force KDW-2`s (295s in the rear and
245`s in the front)and the headers are TA Stage 2 headers for 64-67 cars, they fit perfect but i have a small issue with the z-bar hitting #7 tube.

    Thanks to all.

She's beautiful, that's for sure! But I don't envy you at all with the work it's going to be to keep that paint job clean and shiny.

What size and wheel offset did you land up running, George? What kind of tire clearance to the wheelhouse inner and outers did you land up with, running 295s in the rear? Thanks.

    Lookin' good!

Mike, rears are a 10" rim with a 5 7/8 backspacing but keep in mind that i have a 67 chevelle 12 bolt under there and i think those are alittle narrower than a 67 10 bolt,i had to definately roll the outer lip up along with the wheel molding i have about 1/4" on each side.

    Thanks

Geo- Did you see the super chevy 66 chevelle (it was orange/black stripes). I mention this because it is the same concept, but they used an aftermarket boxed frame, and several high end handling mods. The car did 1G on the slolom (better than vettes & Porche). December 2007 Issue. Might be a start for BW-III?

Don't worry, this isn't George's first black car. He knows how to keep it looking good:TU:

Thanks, George. Last summer I picked up a set of 15 x 10in Buick Rallys with 6.5in backspacing from Wheel Vintiques. I rolled my fender lip approx 3/4in using a Fender Roller, and notched out the wheelhouse molding to match the rolled section. I haven't mocked up my new rims yet, but if I did my measuring correctly (done prior to my rim purchase), I should have 3/4in on either side of the rim. We'll see.
Unfortunately I cannot swing a set of tires at the moment, and I was wondering how yours fit. I would really like to go with the 295s, but I'll cross that bridge when the pocketbook allows.

Thanks again, and good luck with the rest of your build.

Ya know George, you're last black car made me green with envy. This one is gonna make me physically ill. You sir, are building my dream car!! The teaser pics are not satisfying me whatsoever. I can't wait to see the whole car in all its glory. I really would love to see it in person some day. I'm sure it will be absolutely stunning! Please post some pics of the completed car a.s.a.p. The suspence is killin' me
