Thanks for the link, and yes those are the same exact mats that I purchased years ago and have not used. But I will say that the tri shield emblem and the ring around it since day one have been a little bit more of a yellowish color rather than a pure white. Are the correct repros suppose to be pure white?
I am non sure in the sense that if you apply some Weley's the tri shield and the ring will get whiter.
Well I have applied the Wesely's White Wall Cleaner before, and it did get them a touch whiter, but we are also talking about mats that are virtually never used, so the yellowish color on mine have been there since day one. Even though they do get a touch whiter when cleaned up, but still have that yellowish tint to them.
I remember the one's sold by CARs not being as you describe but there is no substitute for putting your own calibrated eyeball on it.
Well, the ones I bought from CARS 3 or 4 years did have an off white tint to the circle and symbol and they definitely were not blems. That problem is also one of the reasons they are not making them right now as they were aware of the problem and are now trying to fix it. That, and they also said they were having problems with the mold.
