I recently talked to a guy on YelowBullet.com about billets Cranks and he said he can have Billet Buick Cranks made by Sonny Bryant in 3 months for 3k. I'm also gonna contact Hank the Crank,Cola,Scat,Pankl,OhioCrank,Callies,Kellogg,Kings,and Mittler Bros all for billet cranks for you guys and I'll list the prices for you too and time of wait.
Ok, here is the deal. There just isn't many billet crankshaft companies for one and number the ones I did call, need some Information to get it done like bearing width and length of journals stroke size and possible Drawings of crank layout and to keep cost down They need atleast a order of ten or more, The more they make the cheaper it is over all, but after they have all the tooling, and programming is through, the price will be set at the minumim amount of the very first order. So far Kellogg Crankshaft out Michigan , I'm waiting on call back, Kings Crankshaft wants $2700 and thats without adding mallory, 14 week turn around. , Pankl or should I say Superior Crankshaft need all the above information and order of 10 or more to keep cost down. But this group here is bar non the best in the world, don't believe me? It a boils down on the number that has to made but we are talking now about Billet cranks lighter and some as strong and some diffinitly stronger then Brand MDX.
