It says it's from the mid-50's, but I thought the Centurion was an early 70's only thing for Buick - earlier there was the Century, but...?
All neon signs can be fixed. Sometimes a new tube may be required or other times the transformer goes out on them. It's not cheap, but it's cheaper then having a custom sign bent up.
I was guessing the seller wanted $500 for each neon, as a V8 buick neon from the fifties was at $499 with the reserve not met.
