I need to rechrome & take a few dings out of my 70 Skylark bumpers,figured this would be a good time to clean-up the look,what's the proper procedure for doing this? Is there any drawbacks?
You ask "Best Way to hide bumper bolts?" Don't put them in :laugh: . You ask "the draw backs" the bumper won't stay on :laugh: . OK, just having fun :laugh: but there is a only one way I can think of and that is to have the bumper bolts mig welded in to the bumper and grind them over smooth. This will not be cheap but thats all I can think of. I have a guy that does my custom work and I will run this by him and see if I can help. AL. :beer
