Best source for original-type lacquer?

My '67 Le Sabre has original, near-perfect paint though one of the doors needs to be repainted. I'm thinking that lacquer vs. base clear would be the way to go here for the best match. Anybody know the best source for automotive lacquers?

R&M made the acrylic lacquer sprayed on the Q-Q GSX. Last time I bought some was '87 - even without a pre-mix color match it was absolutely a perfect match for the original 17 year old paint. They may have been the OEM supplier for other colors too.

I do not believe it is available now. There may be a few premixed packs somewhere but I think it was banned by an EPA rule. I would not paint anything with laquer. It gets dull quickly and it is a product that earned retirement. It is much easier to repair a car with say base coat clear coat.
