Toying with the idea of putting a set of tires on the 68 Rallye wheels but I need a rattle can of Cameo Cream for the other two wheels. I had purchased a very good match years ago from Tower Paints which has now gone out of business. Who makes a good rattle can custom mix paint? I put two of the Rallye Wheels on my car 15 years ago to see what they would look like and I still have the photo. These would just be something different to put on once in a while.
You might pull a wheel and have any auto paint shop match it. They’ll come closer than trying to match an off the shelf rattle can.
Anyone tried "Automotive Touch up" brand. They will custom mix but they do not have Cameo Cream listed. I will have to call them.
A decent auto body supply store can mix the paint and then put it in an aersol for you, its not cheap but they can usually mix the color dead nuts. Summit also lists most popular colors. I was able to order the buckskin for my 77 chevy in a rattle can. They mixed it and it was a real good match.
I used them for touchup on a much newer car and they were pleasant to deal with and the color was good. They even re-shipped me paint for free after the first shipment went AWOL in UPS's care.
